In 2007 Spektar Printing House finished the construction of its new building in Druzhba district.

On an area of over 6000 m² there are disposed last generation sheetfed offset printing presses Heidelberg, bookbinding department having machines Heidelberg, Polar, Muller Martini for cutting, folding and binding printed publications. The pre press department is equipped with CTP Heidelberg, workflow software of the series Prinect by Heidelberg for receiving orders, assembly, RIP and proofing.
